Check out how animals help people with disabilitiesEdit

For their Including All Girls patch when they were Daisies/Brownies, one of our moms arranged for people from Fidos for Freedom to come to our meeting to show the girls what different helper dogs do for people: be hands, eyes, and ears for persons with disabilities; assist children with reading difficulties learn to read; and provide comfort to those in nursing homes and hospitals. Seems like this would work well for older girls as well. Maybe Fidos for Freedom could go more into depth on what it takes to train their dogs.
